About Leslie Shafer

I consider myself a true Washingtonian; born and raised here, I have an intimate understanding and knowledge of the entire Tri-State area. My work ethic started at an early age and led to nearly 15 years in the Hospitality Industry which most certainly laid the building blocks for my career in Real Estate.

 

I am passionate about what I do and consider all of my clients more like friends and I treat them accordingly. I hold a special place in my heart for first-time home buyers and I excel in successfully mentoring them through every step of the purchase process. I am driven yet calm by nature, but I can get aggressive when needed. I have proven superior strategies to help win against multiple bids, which in the DMV happens fairly often.

 

I pride myself in my responsiveness and loyalty to my clients; I truly believe that real estate doesn’t sleep so I will always be there when you need me. I don’t make the decision to purchase, you do but once the decision is made I will advise you on how best to get under contract! At my core, my job is to shepherd you through the buying or selling of your home as effectively and as successfully as possible.
