About Nazereth Samuel

An Ethiopian-American, Nazereth grew up in California and Florida before settling in her beloved DC area more than a decade ago. She first fell in love with real estate when buying her first home in DC and the desire to do more in the real estate industry tugged on her until she finally left her career as a social worker to work full time in real estate. Nazereth has now been in the DC real estate industry for many years and, as a result, she has earned a loyal following and a reputation of excellence.

While she loves the real estate industry, her clients are the reason she wakes up every day energized! Nazereth is humbled by the trust and faith her clients have in her, which is why she always strives to exceed their expectations.  After all, purchasing a home is a complex and high-value transaction – sometimes the largest sale in her clients’ lives – so it is crucial to get ahead of potential pitfalls. 

Drawing from her past experiences in corporate banking and social work, Nazereth has developed savvy deal-making skills. But there is no greater joy than seeing her clients happy in their new home or using their proceeds for a new adventure. As Nazereth says, “although I do not believe real estate should be an emotional investment, I truly believe that my clients always find the perfect home that’s meant for them and that brings me pure joy.” 

Nazereth is fun loving and happy anywhere there is water! She enjoys the outdoors, cycling, exploring and traveling and she loves to visit new cultures and meet new people. She cherishes her friendships and the genuine connections she has made in this business.
