Focusing on theme and color, she meticulously curates the presentation of each of her listings so the home tells a story. Heidi's hyper focus on the home presentation assures her sellers get top dollar.

Heidi mentors them as people, too, through love, support and honesty—and our crew is better for it (ok, she even looks after some of us older folks and it is deeply appreciated!).
